Great work van, 5.4 is a must it you carry alot of tools, and can tow with it. And kinda hard to find. Its a amost 1k upgrade over a 4.6 new. I’ve owned 3 e250/350 same options, bought a new one so didn’t drive this one much this year figurd its time to sell it. Kept it up running in top shape, with good parts like you need for a work truck. Has some rust in the front corners of the rear fenders, I paint over it can’t tell unless you look under or 2 feet away. Doesn’t look rusty, or a beater truck making you look like a bum. Full floating rear axle, very heavy duty.

New Tires 145K (10ply) Cass recommended them awesome mud/snow/hyway tires.
BFG Commercial T/A Traction rear
General grabber HTS on the front
New Plugs and coils 140K (got a missifre code after heavy rain last fall, changed all the coils) New maff, airfilter, fuel filter same time. Trans fluid at 136K, has a big cooler I don’t tow with it. Coolant around the same time, WP, rad, hoses are all good no leaks. Oil changed every 3K, use motorcraft, or a syn. on sale. Has a oil cooler, PS cooler too. I did the rear brakes last winter, and the fronts summer no cheap parts. Exhaust is quite no leaks, rides smooth, and strait. No vibrations or anything like that.

only pic I have
