I am getting ready to trade this in, but figured i would give Pittspeeders a shot at it first. It’s a 2000 Forester L. Only has 54K on it. I bought it a few years ago with 41K, and it has been my wifes foul weather car. 2.5 automatic. Has the basics, power windows, locks, cruise, keyless entry(remote works fine), factory alarm, cargo mat, ABS, and A/C(works great). Inspected until 9/09. Less than 1000 miles on it since it was inspected. Put new rotors and pads on it for last inspection. Has a few dings and scratches, nothing horrible, but it is a used car. Has 4 good snow tires on it, and really goes in the snow. It runs fine, and there is nothing wrong with it as far as i know. Put a new battery in it last year. It has the stock head unit, and a sirius starmate replay installed in the dash by Chaz at FB, so you know it was done right.
Interior is gray cloth and is in good shape. Everything works the way it’s supposed to, and it runs great. Averages 23-25 MPG. Highway would be a little higher.
The KBB private party books it at 6400 in fair conditiion and 7000 in good. Edmunds puts it at 5600 private party. They are hard to find with low miles like this.
First $4900 owns it. If i don’t get any interest fairly quickly, i will just trade it in at the stealer.
PM or respond to the thread if interested. This weekend should be perfect weather for a test drive. Not looking for any trades, because i already have it’s replacement picked out.
