Its a Honda, rusting is what they do =P lol

I cant remember but im sure you may find a tiny spot here or there. Last time I looked(as you can tell from the pics) the rear quarters were perfect
I know he always took care of it. Inside and out.

These are great cars, they drive really well and are pretty fast, i almost picked one up recently but got a gs300 instead. This is a lot cleaner then a lot of the ones i test drove, just make sure the transmission was serviced on top o the timing belt and checking for the rusty quarters and near the hood grill.
