Why an 05 plus? Only the base model cars had issues in the early years. Warranty is pretty extensive and good anywhere in the country, and can be extended to a 5YR if you are looking to drop a few more bucks.

In '05 they upgraded the supercharger (to the previous years John Cooper Works charger), exhaust, and tweaked the computer a bit.
