Black 2004 Harley-Davidson 883 XL Custom Sportster. 7,500 miles currently. I bought this bike from Arkport Cycles, Arkport NY in 2005 with 1,000 miles on it. It has a chrome engine kit and a few skull covers. The front turn signals were relocated. Two up Sundowner seat with mini sissy bar and pad. Other then that the bike is stock. The cam position sensor went bad in 07 so its got a new one. Its due for a oil change at 10,000 miles. Asking 5,500 OBO
now this is a tough bike, eff all these damn rockets that are for sale. i wish i saw this post when you originally posted it. I had the money then and i would have loved to buy this bike off you. anyway, good luck dude.
So a friend of a friend wants to make payments until he gets his taxes back but I’m not sure if its in my best interest?
What do you guys think? I started thinking of stipulations to put into a contract and I keep coming up with more “What ifs”
-$300 down payment due day of sale with copy of driver’s license
-$150 due every month beginning July 15, 2010 through March 15th 2011
-Final payment due April 15, 2011 with total amount being $2850
-Sale to total - $4500 dollars.
-Title will be returned to seller and held until all payments have been paid in full.
-If payment is not received by the 15th of each month, there will be $25 added late fee.
-If 3 months lapse without payment received, bike is surrender with no refund.
-If total balance is not received by April 15, 2011, bike will be surrenderd with no refund given.
-Bike sold as is
-Seller is not liable for bike once this contract is signed. Any damages, etc are the buyer’s responsibility.
-If bike is surrenders at any time and the NADA book value is less then balanced owed buyer makes up difference.
