A motorcycle time-trial race on the public roadways on the small island. It has been held annually since 1907.
The course is 37.73 miles long and weaves through many towns and over the mountain in the center of the island. The fastest lap was done in 17:12.30 minutes, with an average speed of 131.578 mph :eek3

You read about the pair killed during the sidecar quali? It is sad but that dude is awesome, he is 67 years old. I can’t even imagine myself doing trackdays at 67 let alone competing in a race…

We have MotoGP and AMA this weekend, and I still haven’t watch SBK @ Miller from last week.
I’ve wanted to go out there for years to watch a race but its quite the expensive trip to fly to England and take the ferry over to the Isle of Man for a race LOL.
