This is the first year in 32 years that I’ll likely have no costume for, and those that know me know I spend typically 6months and $500-$1000 on my costume every year. Halloween is my favorite holiday and it’s depressing that I’ve just been so fucking busy that I haven’t been able to get ready at all

You don’t understand mike, my costumes are nutty. This year I planned to go as CLU from Tron Legacy, and purchased an expensive amount of light tape and liquid silicone rubber to make the suit from. Made a CAD version of myself, but haven’t had time to CNC the molds to cast the suit from. Would take me about a couple months at this point to finish it.
I go all out and when I put my mind on one costume and don’t finish it I get pissy…let me put it this way, the cheapest costume I’ve had in recent years was when I went as King Leonidas from the 300 movie, and hand made the entire costume including steel/bronze helmet, shield, sword, and the spear. Yeah i’m a little fucking nutty in the head when it comes to this shit :ponder
Maybe next year I’ll finish another planned costume that has about 2K worth of carbon fiber and CNC’ed billet :excited
