NYS Dealers are required to scrape any registration and inspection sticker off of a car immediately when it becomes part of their inventory, even if the inspection is current. It can only have new stickers if is being sold to someone. Even if an inspection was done 2 months ago, it results in fines for dealers.

I’d buy it, but too many miles for my taste. It would’ve been a perfect addition next to my 2001 Ford Ranger in the driveway.
