Is it the lcd itself or the outer lcd cover that’s shattered? I see the digitizer/screen itself goes for like $95 and the outer screen cover is about $10. I’ve worked on Apple items and labor wise it’s prolly not a real fun install, though I haven’t opened an iphone yet.
