if i go half throttle it sticks kinda, but then whats the point of having the drag radials on for traction… on street tires the clutch held up fine, cause i’d just roast the tires, now the DR’s hook and my rev’s just go up… :headbang

well i was just curious about what stage he had cuz i’ve driven a stage 3 and i thought it was hard as hell to drive cuz it engaged so quickly and harsh. i didnt really mean it towards his problem
I think you misunderstood me.
The reference to any stage in a blanket statement is pointless. The fact that you driven a “stage 3” is pointless because every clutch manufacturer can/do have their own specifications/stages/etc… I hear this all the time especially at the lot. I even recall saying to some guy that I had a stage 8 clutch in my car because it’s a heavy car. He was impressed.

No, what Shawn means is that any/every different company “stage” can mean something totally different from one to the next. So if you’re like “oh, I have a stage 3” that doesn’t really tell us a whole lot. If you say “I have a stage 3 xxxx company…” even that gives alot better idea.

The 335’s with oil cooler issues were only affected when they were beaten on the track. For a DD dont worry about it. AA software > Dinan software.
