I am being required by my work to rent a car for a short 5 day trip to Medicine Hat (yawn) intstead of taking my own wheels. I don’t want to rent a friggen Yaris but the rental fleets are quite uninspiring. I want to take a sports car or at least a close facsimile.
Anyone know of a place in town to rent something a bit more exciting such as the 350Z or G35 coupe? I’ll even go non-nissan if it saves me from subcompact hell.
Dollar rentals (i think) was advertising S2000’s 350Z’s 535i’s etc on a sign.
I think they are off 50th or 75th just north of whitemud

Yeah dollar rent a car on 75th and Wagner Road. Can’t miss it, There are always 350’s sitting outside.

As far as getting a sports car I think you are fucked. I had to pick up a rental for a few days last weekend while in Ont. Got an 07 Toyota Rav4 from national for $297.00 for 4 days. Yes I understand it isn’t an exhilirating ride but I actually thought that it was not too bad. Hell most of the companies rent out the new mustang or a 300c.Better than a Yaris. Good luck Dave
