… it just didn’t show up all that quick
low compression, unleaded gas, tiny carb, mild cams, and tons and tons of emmissions garbage that didn’t really even clean up the exhaust much.

Displacement beats all fellas, I have a Trans am Project Car at home, 6.6 litre, and you guys forget to look up the ft lbs of torque behind those not just the hp?
Apparently not in this case. Cause the 6.6 got smoked bad by a 4.6. I have walked many a stock 5.0 in my 3.0. Displacement is nice don’t get me wrong but it needs to be efficient too. Displacement /> *
Yeah, efficiency in neccesary, but I didnt like how people were knocking a truely good car, that running right, has serious potential
Hey woood i dont think anyone was knockin on it its people expected alot out of this 6.6L motor and everyone was miss guided by how slow it was for a 6.6L that all. I seriously thought my ass was done for when i seen the 6.6L hood decall lolz.
stock for stock in that year, not much going on there…
but yeah, there are several FI 6.6 birds in single digit quarter traps, they’ve got quite a bit of potential.
