thats not alot of rust at all. If you notice, most of it is surface rust. Sand it prime it paint it. Could do with some shots of the underbody though. The body looks good but check the rails and the rockers. Sometimes they cant be seen in the pictures. Aside from that the car looks good. If rails are clean and rockers are clean. 2000 is a good price.
Hey guys, the price isn’t firm, it is negotiable but not a big difference, now its been cleaned up, most of the liquids have bun flushed, the real main part about the car is the engine beside the surface rust and just like Cal-Soy said, its not deep rust its all very light, if you brush your hand over it alone a little bit of the surface easily comes off so sand it, and then paint it, for sure, it’ll be as good as new, the engine though is the strong part, it shifts excellently, still pulls very hard, easily, VERY Easily pulls 170km/h quickly and pulls quickly from its 0-100KM/H. This is where i was surprised the first time i pulled it, when i bought it, no rattles or anything, engine mounts still very strong, no engine light or anything. Very Good Engine, body needs work i’ll admit, but still very good.
well paint job wouldnt be too bad considering easily fixed up and i might be able to swing you guys a good paint job for under 1500, the rust isnt bad its surface rust just like cal-soy said and to certify and safety it wouldnt be hard at all because the car only needs a front brake job which im looking into at the moment and it’ll be running perfectly, no problems, even without the brake job, guarenteed drivable off the lot without any problems. Im pretty firm with 2000 at the moment but i currently have put in upgrades so throw me some offers and id be willing to keep in the speaker and deck, all brand new stuff btw, ram air injen + aem filter, brakes front end fixed, some body work done, degreasing the engine, flushed out liquids with internal cleaning, exhaust line proped up nicely and a brake bleed + new pads all around.
thanks everyone, well the paintjob that is good and “Cheap” is actually one of my freinds places who if you do it to this car in the near future, i might be able to swing you a deal of where you pay a little bit of labour and for the paint only which would end up around 1200.
hey every1, actually no tranny problems, the clutch was gone, just finished replacing it with a brand new clutch. Working better then before especially with acceleration.
