What im looking for is Jetta 1.8, DSM awd or FWD Grand Prix GTP 97-03. or 3,000$ cash nothing else i wont take less. no point of wasting our time for less. i can just keep it and swap it

Florida Car its whole life no paint fade old lady owend garaged its whole life she said. She has owned it from day 1 from honda. im the second owner.
Outside is mint 100% rust or dent free.

Since i had it here i bought rims for cheap and they were faded so i painted them blk came out pretty good.
im looking for dsm, something with a b series, something turbo. just put it out there maybe i will bite. maybe i can do something with cash on my end MAYBE.
miles says something like 240000 but the lady i got it from said she had alot of stuff replaced at dealer. Clutch grabs 100% no grinds. motor is clean i can eat off it timing belt looks brand new. i have had the car for about little over a week and has not burned a drop of oil
i thought i could get over my dsm love but i cant . ill keep the civic if it comes down to it b swap it and turbo it. but im kind of just seeing whats out there. and price i have not really a clue im in no need of selling it but i guess if the wright amount came my way i would get rid of it.

Thats exactly what every person has told me. its actually real nice jacking a car up and looking under it and not seeing even surface rust. even the exhaust is brand new from honda lol. like i said im not looking to really sell it more looking for a trade if not ill keep it b swap it and boost it.
but it was free, so you wont be loosing anything, haha, but on a serious note, you are much better to sell this outright then a trade, because lets me honest, a trade for something that you are looking for is going to cost you a lot on your end to get what your looking for or your going to get a crap project because there are not a lot of nice builds or even dsms that are going to go for 2k-3k that dont need a lot of money and time.
yea i know i got a couple dsm in mind that i would throw some cash on top of the civic for. i would take a car with some rust of it like a teg or something or even a car that was a project as long as i know it was not a total hack job. plus if it were a dsm i would have someone who knows everything about them look it over before hand.
ok we can set up any time after next monday. im driving it home from florida and it will just be sitting in my garage till i decide whats going on plus im sure it will be snowing when i get back which the car will never see.
i’d hold onto it, clean f’in car. not many hondas/ eg’s especially are that clean and have OEM quarters and such. i say GSR/ LSV swap it and boost that thing.
these really sell for over $2000? It’s just a normal civic with a bunch of miles right? Are you honda guys trading secret rwd civics that are fast and fun to drive for all this $$$ and the rest of us don’t realize it. I’ve had civics and a prelude, they all needed a tranny or two and none of them were as fun as other cars for the money.
Not to knock your car, it is cleam and some Honda guy will pay for it, I just don’t get it at all.
