$1000 firm - get this outta my driveway

Title says most all of it.

Purchased via NYSpeed a ~1.5 years ago.
Drivetrain is solid and has been maintained.
Body is alright other then disappearing rocker panels and dents
Underneath is pretty solid and clean.
Reliable and road ready, but rear springs sag and rides like a buckboard.

for reference i bought a 97 for parts with over 200k on it, still runs like a charm dosent smoke, leak tick or knock. the 4.0 is a solid power plant. on bald tires, the jeep still drove thru a reallly soft back land this spring, these are awesome in winter and with some good tires will go thru mostly anything.
