not at all I use all the good lotions, use moisturizers daily, dont tan too frequently… its all about knowing how much you should do and taking care of your skin… Im a blond I always have had and always will have freckles…

If you want to get all anal about it most UV rays (natural and bulbs) are technically not good for your skin tanning beds in moderation are no worse than being in the sun when proper steps for caring for your skin are taken… do your research…
