Wheels are a real 2 piece?
They need to have some sort of refinishing if you want them to look fancy. Previous owner sprayed them with rust coat black and didn’t wait for the cleaning agent he used to dry, so the paint curdled.
Powder coat them, repaint, rock them as they are on your dirty drift car.

Has some sticky continentals on 2 (wore to about wear bars) and 2 Michelin Pilots (bad camber wear)
