Don’t be ridiculous. People like you undervalue your local small businesses and the services they offer. If saving money is your game then I’ve got no problem with that, it happens all the time. You can’t go to a website, get your item in 1 day for free, and replace/warranty said item should there be a problem in 1 day for free either. Just a couple things to be aware of next time you have to deal with that.
actually i deal online all the time… and the last item i bought for my car came to me non working… i called them up… same day they had a new one out to me and i didnt have to worry about sending the non working item back 
it all depends on who you deal with online… Im all about local speed shops, but im not going to overpay when i dont have to…
