There are tens of thousands of EVOs, chances are a lot of people are going to have the same wheel setup…
Go with what looks best which in this case is silver 18x9.5 N-T03s or chuck’s wheels. Not sure of the offset but if you’re going for looks and don’t want huge meaty tires (not STRETCHED, just not huge rollers) I believe +29 is the way to go, if you want as much rubber as possible I think +38 is the number with some ~5mm spacers in front to clear the brakes.
