that is a nice powerband. The torque curve looks like fun.
hahahaha. I need seat time. I’m a rookie.
You will get there in no time :bigok:
Not getting pissed “man”, FMF’s turbo LS is/was nowhere near tuned to where it could be and still went 11.87, it literally was a 20 minute (if that) street tune. I would have tuned it myself on hybrids dyno by now if I didn’t move friggin four hours away. Anyone that knows anything about me knows that I love all the little technical shit and do everything myself and am always looking to learn more. I still want to know, what turbo this set-up is running?
:blue:
t3/t04e
Cool, was wondering how your spool time was after seeing that dyno chart, looked like it picked up pretty quick.
around 3500 I’m at almost 10psi.
it’s brian’s old turbo. just a relatively small t3/t04b .48A/r exhaust side, so the spool up is pretty quick.
How much consistent boost pressure is that size turbo good for on a 1.8 without it straining too much to hold peak boost?
I thought brian had a t3/t04E?
I thought the same, but what do I know? I’m new to turbos. I’m still learning.
its a small t3-t4. me and brian looked it up on the turbonetics site one day and i think thats what we came up with as well…t3/t04b
sweet powerband, looks to me like a small t3/t4 esp overlapping that 60-1… perfect turbo for 300whp ls motor imo and perfect for a street car :finger:
Still looks good munster. Nice numbers too. Let me know when you’re going to hit up the track. I’d like to check it out and do a little practising myself.
Were you at PRP on Tuesday? If not your cars clone was there. Not common to see clean black Civics.
Yeah. I was. And I only got a few runs before the clutch finally gave up on life. I ordered a six puck last week. Should make a difference.
Thanks for the compliments.
I thought that was your car. I raced you once, I was in the white Mach 1. Looks good.
Cool. Now you know who I am so you can say hi next time. haha.
what did u run???
13.8 @ 105.xx .013 RT and 2.3 60’
First time ever on the track. I want to get the new clutch in and get back down there. I’m hooked now.
