You’re looking for a full faced wheel. Slotted I have never heard.
You’re going to have a real tough time finding this style of wheel in a 5x100. The wheels are commonly a 5x114.3/4x114.3 multi bolt. Because they are mainly for Japanese cars (Work and SSR)
Your best bet is to try and find some AMG replicas and run adapters since they’ll be cheapest and they come painted instead of polished or machined. (hold up in the winter)
