Well non combat serving people are pretty much just working for a paycheck. Don’t see the “saving our freedom” aspect of it. Hell, I was in Civil Air Patrol and did ground search in rescue but don’t consider myself defending our freedom.
The people who give up their lives here at home on a moments notice to go overseas and serve and risk their lives are people I have a huge respect for and to me are veterans. Even infantry who never have seen combat but still are in the position to be called and told they have to leave in a week are veterans.
It’s the thought that counts…

when i left texas they JUST banned open containers in vehicles… before that as long as you weren’t driving it was kosher. drive through Daquri express, and old car washes converted to “The Beer Barn” as drive through liquor stores.
