I have been wanting to get into triathlons for along time now. My cousins actually finished a Ironman in New Zeland this past spring. It was their first Ironman but they both did really good. The one finished 3 in the swim and he said he thought he was in first but with it being open water its hard to tell if someone is infront of you. He said he wasnt even swimming hard. (He swam for FSU and was going to swim in the Sydney olympics but they claim somthing happened with his paper work) Bikes are alot of money. They said just their rims alone are like $1000 a piece. I’ve just been playing hockey to keep in shape but cant know cuz I have pins in my hand until mid july. Good luck and let me know if you get into it.
