Where did he play HS?
All I found was: He played minor hockey for the Wheatfield Blades from 1994 to 2006
i played hockey with him about a month ago. the kid was absolutely amazing. As for high school i know he went to starpoint but i believe he does not go there anymore.
i didnt think starpoint had a hockey team? or was it added after 2000?
i’ve heard of him. i doubt he’s going to go top five, probably not even top 10, this year though. too many good forwards/d-men to waste a top pick on a goalie. goalies are hard to draft, that’s why you see so many good ones that come out of like the 3rd-5th round.
Odds are he didn’t play for his HS, maybe his freshman year. But nobody makes the jump from HS to the OHL around here.

i graduated in 03 and we started the hockey team in 99 i want to say. it was a club team because starpoint wanted nothing to do with it.
i am pretty sure he did play for 1 year at starpoint because i just played in the stupid alumni game for there and he was our goalie, which means he had to have played there.

I work with his mother. She keeps me updated on him. He will be drafted first round no doubt. All of the mock drafts that have been done have him going to Ottowa around the 18th pick iirc. It’s kinda cool, because he will be somewhat close to home and the draft is in Ottowa, so i’d gather there will be a big-ass reception for him there.
