Anybody know...

well theyre no azenis or toyo t1-s they actually have more than a 200 treadwear. sorry i cant afford to splurge like you.

i had the falken ziex 512 before and they were awesome tires for the $. high treadwear, good traction in the dry, wet, and not terrible in the snow either. id say the falkens were some of the most well rounded tires i owned. shit benny, even the kuhmo ecsta 711s i had on my e36 were fucking great tires. they were cheap and lasted long, even with my driving style.

splurge? i paid $330 shipped for my 18" ps2’s :rofl

please point me in the direction of a deal like that :confused :bowdown

Thats a ridiculous deal for PS2s. New for 17s they were a g note.

Talk to Jon, he’s beating up on a set of Toyo T1-Rs this season on his track car and they’ll probably be ready to take off soon.

the t1-r/ t1-s is a great tire. very sticky. i liked them when i checked them out before. only problem for me is trying to justify my driving habits with the longevity of the rubber. i’m not too rich these days, and need to “spread it around” as much as possible. :ponder

I got the PS2’s with like 60% tread left or 6/32’s out of 10/32’s new

I don’t see treadwear being much of an issue, sure i beat the shit out of my tires, but i only put 6-10k a year on them

what is the treadwear 220?

honestly if i get something that low, i don’t think i can drive my car too much :sad

hopefully some deals will arise.

lol it’s not as bad as you think, people have gotten like 25k+ miles on ps2’s with track days thrown in too, or so they say

LOL @ 25k! I get like 10k out of a summer set on a STREET E36!

Maybe I drive like a douchebag.

MAYBE?! :confused :lol

:crackup For real, I drive like a douchebag.

something about hearing bambi slayer drifting through grimmicks development the other night validates that statement. :lol

Well if the town covers the neighborhood in wet dirt, douchebaggery will result. I’m the victim here.

i must admit… i would partake in douchebaggery if it were not for the fact i have AWD and DORIFTO is not as effortless. :runaway

Lame excuse. You’re car is perfectly dorifto ready.

That’s just what some dude in the E36 M3 forum on bf.c said, all speculation on my part…but they wore great considering my treatment of them (50% in one season or about 12k miles last season iirc)

just carry a little more speed into the corner… you’ll be fine

yeah i’m with jesse there. theres just no way i’d get anywhere near 25k out of ANY set of tires…

I have 4 tires 245/45/17 and 2 tires 235/45/17 all about half used, all season. Make me an offer. I’ll let them go for cheap
