i just received my new phone today because my other one broke. i tried to re-download my ringers and it pops up on my phone screen that i have exceeded my spending limit and to make a payment? what does that mean i just payed my bill on Friday.

it means u have bad credit and you have a cap on your acc, most are 150… you will need to pay more sounds like they put your new phone on and will take the money off once you send in the old one
and really do you need the ringers that bad
ringers and the games i keep myself occupied with at work… and i payed my entire bill and the phone was ordered by sprint to the sprint store were i picked it up today and turned in the old phone. they took the battery out of the old one and put it in the new one. and sprint CS is the worst at night its all foreign unless i call at 4am
