Worse customer service ever. I’ve been trying to exchange a LVDT sensor and get a modification on a load cell for a few weeks now and every time it’s a 25 minute phone call before I can talk to anyone, usually I get a disgruntled black chick who doesn’t speak loud enough and just puts me on hold again once I say I need help with an order number. I got a hold of this one guy who seemed really helpful at first but is impossible to reach.
Yea, they seem fabulous as long as you don’t need to call or return anything. I’m not even sure if the replacement part has been ordered even though I sent back the original one already. Took three phone transfers and a week to get an RA#
I’m glad I’m not the only one that isn’t happy with their service. Their load cells have served me well. I can’t speak to their LVDTs – I use Solartron.
