I have a couple of TV’s laying around. One is a 25" GE stereo TV…comes with a universal remote…nothing all that great, but it works. Bring me a case of Michelob Ultra Amber and it’s yours.
Also have a13" Emerson…not sure if i still have the remote or not, i will have to look around…works good though…10 bucks.
I also have an old 13" set that i think still works OK…not remote capable or anything, but the price is right…IE, it’s free.

if you are serious on the 25" TV, i guess it’s worth driving up there to get.
my girl’s tv just stopped working(turning itself off, or never turning on).
