I’m not so sure Engine Ice could be substituted. Maybe check the ingredients and compare?
Engine Ice was intended for bikes as coolant, not sure if it does the foaming thing like water wetter does. Also, Engine Ice is not an additive, it comes premixed. You use it in place of water (at least in motorcycle applications).
