This is for applications such as CATIA, 3DSMAX, AutoCAD, LightWave3D, Maya, Nurbs3D, etc…

I could still play games such as gears of war at nearly all maxed out settings 1920x1080p on my LCD through HDMI (check compatibility with your TV, works with my 47" LCD). However this is primarily a WORKSTATION video card and those in the business of 3d modeling, rendering, lighting, shaders and all that other shmancy fancy
