I was at Carolina Motorsports Park this past weekend and there was a guy there who had an R8 still wearing temp. tags. His wifes track car was a Lotus Exige, while his was a nicely done FD. I talked to the guy for a while and I guess he has “ordered” the v12 TDI version and he also owns a Ford GT. Hes going to put the R8 on the track at Road Atlanta along with the GT and has promised me a ride when Im there next month for the NASA HPDE event. Ill post pics of his car and the wifes when I get home

You can’t “order” a R8 V12 TDi it was a concept

they look stupid with the side blade being body color. it looks like they made the car too long or forgot the back side windows etc…

now I see why they put the blade as a contrasting color in all the demo cars.

Agreed. The best combo in my opinion is white body with a black/cf blade.
