I was there talking to these guys about an M3 they had two months ago, everything they have (at the time at least)is extremely overpriced(I went there based on an ad they had up with a false price).

Probably a buyback car/lemon law car. Probably due to HPFP failure or something. But god damm thats cheap. They extended the HPFP warranty to 100K 
There was a private seller on autotrader selling a zhp with 140k for $9900. Honestly if you are gunna spend $16.5k for one with 85k I bet you could find a 335 with 80-90k for $20k. That’s not rediculously low either, they are getting to be 3-4 years old and if they have almost 100k, 50% off msrp seems about right.
Plus you could get a 100k M3 for $16k easily.

I wouldn’t mind a 335 but if I get anything new it will be larger.
