Wow, lots of posts in four days! Hotel didn’t have Internet access. :weak:
I presented my part of the paper that we wrote for the Shock & Vibration Symposium - went very well.
Anyone do much public speaking? I don’t really mind doing it, but it’s a little intimidating when half the people have doctorate degress and have probably forgotten more stuff on the subject than I’ve ever known.
Didn’t do too much while I was there, no time, and the weather sucked. Sorry Mike, couldn’t make it up to OC.
So if you’re a shock expert - whats the best way to mount shocks for smoothest ride? straight up and down? angled? angled with the suspension? tee-pee like where they angle in toward the center?
Not those kind of shocks. Shock like a torpedo explodes under a ship and causes a shock wave that impacts the ship and breaks stuff onboard if not properly designed.
