venison (back strap) marinated in honey, then wrapped in bacon and grilled
mini sausages wrapped in bacon, sprinkled with brown sugar then put in the oven
2 slices of white bread
put in toaster
take out of toaster
apply generous amount of peanut butter
apply 6 strips of bacon on peanut butter
close sandwhich
cut in half (non diagonal)
consume
I know bacon wrapped scallops are fairly common, but I just don’t like them. Again, I think it goes back to the bacon not being crispy whenever I’ve had them. I’ll have to see if I can manage to try some of these dishes while still making the bacon layer nice and crisp.
