I got free Moto Z phones, and got myself a MotoZ Force with the Motorola contest I’m in, and had to do a warranty replacement on this. Verizon gave me a brand new one instead of a refurb (not sure if they even have refurbs of this phone), so its new, never activated, taken out of box. Got it Monday the 27th
