As the title states I purchased a brand new Greddy oil filter sandwitch plate that is intended to feed an oil cooler. I also have to go along with the sale one of the caps that adapts a port to thread an oil pressure or temp sensor into.
Some key features. (info from frsport)
"-Greddy oil block adapter with built in thermostat. This is to be used with an external oil cooler. Threaded -10AN fittings are a common size used by most oil coolers.
-Built in thermostat allows the engine to warm up faster. This helps keep engine wear to a minimum."
The reason I am selling is: The unit does not fit onto my modified 2JZ block (deleted factory oil cooler/warmer), which I discovered after I had purchased this from FRSport and paid out the ass on shipping and duties.
For SR20 fitment guide:
-Redtop/early blacktop S13 SR’s use 3/4x16 thread pitch.
-Will not fit Late model type-X S13 or S14 SR.
-Look up the part number of the oil filter you use to discover your thread pitch if you do not know.
The item is brand new all I did was assemble the fittings into the unit, properly lubricated the o-rings etc.
I am looking to get what FRSport charges plus duties, minus shipping.
