yea the k20 is fast. the hatch is a stock b16 with bolt on and stock ecu. it ran 13.5@105 but that was with a diffrent driver than the owner. The k20 ran 13.1 @105 should of been a better race.

I thought the K20 went 13.1 @ 110??

that was last year on the spray…the 13.1 @ 110 is this year on the spray with tunning/traction issues.

i don’t believe you were running on 7 cyclinders when you were at the track… you were beating the shit out of your car after you did your headers or w/e… when you ran, your car was NOT stock, you had an intake and exhaust just like paul. you did not have oem injectors ethier iirc when paul ran he did a 13.3 at 106 then i ran his car and clicked off a 13.4 at 107 then paul went again and ran a 13.3 at 107 with a 2.1 60ft on dr’s (junk…) if he cuts it down, it will be a high 12 sec car.

oh, i highly doublt GM will put in an ls6. you will get what your car came with…

what are you talking about?? My SES light came on 3 days after I bought the car…It was for a misfire on cylinder 5. I tried for a while to figure it out myself. You can Ask John who was in my car when I raced Joeys grandfathers C5 that my SES light was on for the misfire…At the time, I was not aware it was on for a misfire and I couldnt tell it was a misfire because I put my torque arm on and the torque arm alone caused alot of vibration…so it was hard to tell if it was motor vibration or road vibration.

I bought the car, how it was. I did not blow cylinder 5. The kid that owned it before me, said when he owned it (which he said he beat the balls out of it) that it was misfiring like crazy when he traded it in…All dodge world did was shut the code off, for the sale…once I put 200 miles on it, everything popped back up. The Po305 code (cylinder 5 misfire) along with P0420 (catylic efficiency in bank 1) Because of the misfire, it shit my 02’s on the bank 1, my cat etc…I was totally unaware of the real problem. The car ran way too smooth to know their was a actual hole in the piston which you can ask anyone. John didnt believe that it was that serious because the car ran THAT good…But it explained why I had huge carbon build up on my exhaust tips, getting 13mpg on the highway, and burning a quart of oil every 200 miles.

Sure it sounds like I have excuses out of my ass, but its all the truth…ask John, I had my car at his shop before my headers to have it scanned and we couldnt figure out why it was misfiring.

we do the landscaping for northstar. We are close to the owner, and all the employee’s there. Its dodge worlds bill, so its not costing Northstar a single dime out of their pocket. The LS1 long blocks sell from the factory for pretty much the same price as the LS2 long blocks and the LS6 long blocks considering their all pretty much the same damn motors…I will know 100% monday afternoon from dodge world what the go ahead is…once they give northstar the word, its all in northstar’s favor which I have 100% on my side…

Besides, The LS1, LS2 and LS6 all look exactly the same as of 01+…I could have a LS6 in there and no one would be able to tell a damn thing.

Not bashing Pauls Z28 at all…car runs very well for the condition it’s it…plus he’s a fellow Fbody owner. Just looking for some interesting runs for shits and giggles.
