Can anyone get their hands on a head gasket kit for 06 Colorado?

I am willing to pay full price. It’s just that NOBODY has this in stock and their distributors are all out.

I need everything to install a new head gasket. 06 Chevrolet Colorado. 4cyl 2.8. 4x4.

Head gasket, valve covers, valve stem seals, head bolts. Am I missing anything?

I went to:

Autozone: Nothing in stock. Nothing in their warehouses. Cant order anything from distributors and factory.

Advanced: Autozone: Nothing in stock. Nothing in their warehouses. Cant order anything from distributors or factory.

CarQuest: Doesnt even carry the part.

Napa: LOL!

Paddock Chevrolet: Same deal as above. Lady told me to come down and see what they can do. I’m not about to drive down there just for them to tell me that the factory is all out. Also the kit will cost double.

I’m really in a bind here. Not to mention that labor will be another $600-800 after I pay for the parts.

dumb question, but the autozone/advanced stores all checked their other stores, right?
and what about buying the parts individually?
as im sure it will cost more that way… but…

They checked other stores and their warehouses. Cant find the parts individually. At this point Im willing to pay more. I need the parts.

I would suggest you go to Basil Chevy for the GM OEM parts

Or you can go to Rockauto and purchase Felpro gaskets

Felpro HS26335PT $71.79 (head set)
Felpro ES72195 $48.79 (TTY head bolts)

I can go to parts dealer websites and although it lists the parts, when i go to checkout, a message pops up saying that they dont have the item.

Basil Chevy will charge we double than the Felpro set and it will take 10 business days to ship and another 3 days to arrive and another 1-2 days to install. This is my last option as I can’t be without a veichle for over 2 weeks. Im trying to get the parts ASAP and was hoping someone/a sponsor on here could help out.
