Buh-bye!
I still have my PPi amps, love them GLWS
X…
i love old car audio…
I really did at one time, still do a little bit, but we all grow up sometime and life changes.
Sidenote:
The Eclipse amp is a Buffalo Native, purchased from The Speaker Shop, they had it on closeout…many moons ago!
yeah problem is that all good cars have great stereos already and there is so much engineering that goes into OEM premium audio that introducing aftermarket stuff usually messes it up.
i cant imaging wanting much more than the premium audio pack in my BMW. It’s near perfect.
I realize that, I didn’t expect this to appeal to that market anyway.
I love those Eclipse subs!
Those old Precision Power amps are great. Very underrated. I am running one of their newer Class D amps in my boat and it puts out a lot of clean power. glws
Tell me about it, I loved them when I was into this stuff.
I’ve got 8 old amps kicking around, trying to sell these 4 and of the people that have inquired about this stuff, think it’s overpriced, and said they can get amps for cheaper. So i said off to Wal-mart you go then to get your “cheaper” (Chinese) amps…
Ahh well, I think my prices are fair.
The true value is really hard to place. You can find new PP amps for low prices, but the older stuff is supposedly better than the newer stuff… Either way, nobody will be disappointed with the way their system sounds on these amps.
Yeah, but it’s hard to tell all these “kids” that may be interested in them that, since they just don’t understand the quality difference.
Open to offers…
Still have this stuff, open to offers, package deals, but no trades.
Bumps…
Updated pics.
These have gotta go!
Make some worthwhile offers, old school audiophiles!
Im considering low balling on the eclipse woofers just to give them a good home.
I’d do $300 for the pair, and would consider meeting halfway for a small fee, or I’ll be in the Buffalo area weekend of July 18th.
That’s some neat equipment…for the damaged AMP. Those are likely readliy available connectors that can be replaced for not too much money. If you can find them I’d swap them out for you if you have trouble selling as-is.
I see no visible internal damage to that Eclipse amp, so it it doesn’t sell, I may fix it and just pack it away and keep it.
The other stuff I’d really like to get rid of.
Had lots of interest on eBay, BUT, they all want shipping.
The subs are heavy and shipping will not be cheap and be a hassle for me.
But, it’s an avenue I may have to look into if I can’t get them sold locally.
