to replace the drivers side mirror on a 97 cavalier do i need to remove the door panel to get to the bolts?

doesnt the lil cover panel by the mirror jsut pop off

thats what i’m hoping, im not near it right now though or else i’d go look.

should be just held on with a screw or two. Atleast that what it is on mine
