an sr20 would be so simple to put in that car… although LS1 would be pretty cool too
wouldnt it be easier to put a rwd motor in the car since its rwd?
I think its going n/a ecotec. could probably hit 40 mpg goin light on the skinny pedal w/ 5 speed. they are a dime a dozen, no difference between fwd and rwd configuration (of the ecotec), and the five speeds from sky/solstice are for some reason super cheap. guy has a bunch on ebay still new in the crates for $475 no core

with an n/a eco tec it would probally be about a low 15 second car with bolt ons. prolly a ton of fun trying to handle all that body roll!!
