If it were up to me, we’d be developing moderately quick, turbodiesel sports coupes and sedans. Reliance on middle eastern oil weakens our government’s ability to make important decisions.
Save the gasoline for the high end sports cars and low end econoboxes.
I could give a fucks less about oil/gas prices. I drive because it’s fun not because it’s economical. I would ride my bike to work if I wanted that. I want more HP than I know what to do with and less than 10 mpg is not an issue to me. the gov is fucked regardless of oil prices. even if we didn’t rely on opec for oil, we would still have a fucked up goverment.
Looks ugly. I hated driving the regualar monte carlos. I’d hate the convertable even more. With a black top kept up it wouldn’t look too bad and might actually be decent with a color matched hardtop.
