Well I do appreciate your concern. I just want to wait on a house until I find something I like 100% in a good location, or build one in a good location. And just for the record as an update to those who think I may be pissing money away… I gave around 80% of my “earnings” to a damn good financial planner, investor, and advisor. Since then, even in this shitty market I have reached a 95-100% return on investment. I am also very aggressive which isn’t necessarily a bad thing because I’m so young, I would still have a good chance at recouping my losses, but things worked out well and I just keep reinvesting.
Unlike some other people on here or in the area, I was pretty damn smart with everything. I could’ve bought Ferraris and a brand new Porsche, but I bought used on everything. Save some money,and still do what I want the cars. I don’t need to have the latest and greatest.
