I listen to really relaxed music while at the gym. Then I listen to death metal while reading books. it is just preference.
To be honest, to get pumped up or motivated I love listening to Pitbull.
LOL. Rage Against the Machine was working nicely last night for one of those “this day sucked I busted my ass and got nothing done because everybody fucking needed something so I’m going to take out my frustration on this weight bar so I don’t flip the fuck out at work” types of nights. Add in a little offspring, limp bizkit, etc, and today I’m sore and my tolerance for frustration is a full order higher. :tup:

I dunno how people listen to like R&B to lift. I usually put on brutal death metal to get the adrenaline goin.

A little OT, but I did audio for her a few years back, and while she may be able to sing in english, she does not do well with it. While setting up she would sing, then yell at her manager in whatever she speaks, and he would translate for us. Also during the performance she would keep yelling out “Do you want to see my pussy?” and the crowd would go nuts, but I don’t think that is what she was trying to say. she loved the reaction from the crowd] which is why i think she was saying it, because we didnt get to see any vag
