I have an exhaust header if thats what your looking for? its some aftermarket one i would sell for $50 brand new never installed with gaskits.
Bought it for a 93 D16 delsol never installed it.
fwiw 3" IC piping is gonna cut your spool time way down and be slower than say 2.25 or 2.5" IC piping…its about movement of cubic feet of air per minute not the amount of air it can hold.
