They aren’t rashed, they are pealing. I would recommend powder coating them if you want them to look brand new. I am open to offers considering the condition. Also, I am aware most Honda’s are 4x100.
you’re probably better off showing better pictures of each individual wheel. since your asking top dollar you should have detailed pictures of any damage
