DIY turbo shield

Someone posted this on supraforums, thought I would share. An interesting way to make yourself a cheap turbo shield.

Buy a pot from K mart that will fit around your compressor side

Get a cardboard template and cut pot to size

if i only had a turbo to shield this would be great

or you could just have the turbine side jethot coated, or a turbo blanket

or jethot the turbo shield

Absolutely. But powder coat the handle bright orange and have something that says “Hold here”!
