Yeah if you look under the intake manifold the governor is in there. Use a pair of circlip spreaders and a right angle needle nose plier and you can remove the governor. Forgot to mention, if you do remove the governor you should probably upgrade your intake so you can handle it.

Yah, but if you read the DIY you’ll find you can do the job yourself with basic tools in your garage. I actually found that toe nail clippers work best for modifying the flapper valve flange for the correct clearances to delete the non required components. Installation was the reverse of removal.
