We had a choice between taking Veterans Day or today off, and I decided to work today because I have family visiting over Veterans Day weekend.
It’s dead as hell here and I’m not sure why were even offering limited support. Not many credit unions are going to be open on Columbus Day.

most hourly jobs you get 2.5 on holidays… because you get paid for the holiday if you work or not, and if you are working you get time and a half, hence, 2.5x
