I had some ice on it earlier, and it went down. My whole face went down but my bottom lip was still huge and numb til about 8pm. I thought maybe I got lip injections instead of my wisdom teeth out. I dont really take the pain pills all that much because they dont do anything for me. He did give me percoset instead of vic’s, I took one of those so far when it was real sore but its not hurting all that much now. Im trying to keep my mouth shut, and I have not smoked since 10 this morning. So far so good 
If you haven’t smoked yet, don’t until you’re fully healed. I have a friend that jumped the gun and got dry socket really bad.
Yeah, Im gonna try to quit…so far so good, and Im not really even craving one. My fear is tomorrow Ill be feeling better and theres a whole carton sitting there waiting for me. lol. I also fear the dry socket so if I just keep thinking about that, I should make it!
Up at 5:00, at work by 6:30, new car tomorrow.
